Who was named, per question, per engine
You, a competitor or nobody, with the answer text and the pages the engine cited. Named and cited are counted separately.
The sites AI read when it named a competitor
Each source, how often each engine read it, and which competitors it recommends: the list your weekly plan starts from.

A first score can be 0. That means no answer in the first check named you, and the result shows who was named.
The score runs from 0 to 100 and is shown with a range, for example 62 ±8: the range to expect between two checks. A low first score comes with the answers behind it, so you can read who was named and where.

Each engine is asked through its API in a fresh session, with live web search on, not from a model’s memory. One live answer per engine per question.
The same questions every week
Your questions stay the same and are asked again each week, so you compare one week with the next on the same questions. Questions you pin are checked daily as well.
Who was named instead, and the sites each engine read
When an answer names a competitor and not you, you see the competitor, the answer and the sites that engine read, ranked by how often each engine read them.

Questions before you start
What does AEOTrack track?
The questions your buyers ask and the topics you want to be found for. For each one it records, per engine, whether the answer named your business, a competitor or nobody, with the answer text and the pages the engine cited. Named and cited are counted separately, and questions and topics are scored separately.
How often are the checks run?
Every question is asked again every week on every plan, with one live answer per engine. Questions you pin are checked daily as well; how many you can pin depends on the plan.
Which AI engines are covered?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Grok on every plan and on the trial, each asked with live web search on.
What happens after the trial?
The free trial runs on the Starter plan's limits for 7 days from when you add your website, checked daily while you use it. When it ends, nothing is deleted: your scores, history and competitors stay visible, and checks pause until you pick a plan. There is no free plan.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You start the trial without entering any payment details, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
