What does it cost per client?
The Agency plan is $249 a month for 10 client sites, about $25 a client. Extra sites are $15 a month each. Founding agencies pay $199 a month for the first 12 months. Prices are in USD, excluding VAT/GST.
Can the reports carry our branding?
Yes. On the Agency plan the PDF reports carry your agency's name, logo and colour instead of AEOTrack's, and you can schedule them to go to each client weekly or monthly. Each client can also have a read-only share link, and client-viewer seats are free and unlimited.
How many questions can we track per client?
The plan has 250 questions, 75 topics and 25 competitors across your 10 sites, so about 25 questions a client if you split it evenly. You can move them between clients, and 10 more questions are $10 a month.
Which AI engines do you ask?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Grok, plus Google AI Mode on Agency. Every question is asked with the engine's live web search on, the way your client's buyer asks.
Why weekly and not daily?
Weekly, because re-asking the same day measures noise: an AI answer can name different brands from one ask to the next. Every question is checked weekly, 25 pinned questions are also checked daily, and you can re-run any question on demand (200 re-checks a month on Agency).
Can we resell it at our own price?
Yes. What you charge your clients is up to you. Agencies typically package AI-visibility reporting into a monthly retainer.
What happens after the 12 founding months?
The plan continues at the standard Agency price, $249 a month today, unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active to the end of the billing period.
How does the partner share work?
If you refer a business that subscribes to its own AEOTrack plan, you earn 20% of what it pays, every month it stays. Write to sales@aeotrack.io and we confirm the terms in writing before you refer anyone.
