How it works
Three steps, no forms to fill in on either side.

Copy it from the Refer a friend card under Settings → Profile — it looks like aeotrack.io/?ref=YOURCODE — and send it however you like: a message, a slide, your email signature. Anyone who signs up through it starts the usual 14-day trial, no card.
They pick a plan and pay for a month
Trials alone earn nothing. The referral stays pending until the referred company's first payment goes through, on any plan — Starter, Pro, Agency or Enterprise.
You both get a month free
Each subscription gets a coupon for one free month on its next invoice, applied automatically the moment that first payment clears. If you are still on your trial when it lands, you get 30 more trial days instead.
The terms, in full
Short enough to read before you share.
- Both sides are rewarded. When the referred company's first payment goes through, the referrer and the referred company each receive one free month: a coupon for one month of their own plan on their next invoice. A referrer still on the trial receives 30 more trial days instead.
- One referrer per company. A company is referred once, by the code attached when it signs up. Extra sign-ups from the same company do not earn again.
- Trial-only referrals earn nothing. A referred company that never pays for a month stays pending and triggers no reward for either side.
- No self-referrals. Your own code on your own company is ignored.
- New to AEOTrack only. The code has to be present when the company is created — it travels with your link to the sign-up form, and the browser remembers it for 90 days, so a friend who reads the pricing page today and signs up next week is still counted. It cannot be attached to an existing account afterwards, and a mistyped or unknown code never blocks a sign-up; it is simply ignored.
- Applied automatically. The billing system applies the reward when the qualifying payment clears; nothing to claim. Rewards do not convert to cash.
- Changes. We may adjust or end the program for future referrals with notice on this page. Rewards already earned are honoured.
Agencies: every client is a referral
Run each client in your own Agency workspace, or refer clients who want their own account. A referred client on their own Starter plan earns you one free month of Agency — a month of ten sites and white-label reports for a link in an email. Clients inside your own workspace are not referrals.
Where the reward shows up
The Refer a friend card under Settings → Profile counts your referrals, the months you have earned and the ones still pending (signed up, not yet paid). The coupon shows on the next invoice. Questions: support@aeotrack.io.
Referral questions
Do I need to be a paying customer to refer?
No. Share from day one of your trial. A reward that lands while you are still on the trial adds 30 days to it; one that lands after you subscribe is a free month on your next invoice.
What is a month worth if we are on different plans?
Each side gets one month of its own plan free. A Starter referrer saves $39; the Agency account they referred saves $249.
Is there a limit on how many companies I can refer?
No. Ten qualifying referrals is ten free months, applied one invoice at a time.
Can I use my link in a blog post or newsletter?
Yes, anywhere you like. The code has to be present when the company signs up; it cannot be added to an existing account afterwards.
