Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AEOTrack ("the Service"), accessible at aeotrack.io and related subdomains (collectively "the Platform"). The Service is provided by VerifyAll Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India (GSTIN 27AALCV5855A1Z5), with its registered office at Ground Floor, Shop No 2, Plot No 84, Sarvodaya Cloth Market, Gandhi Bagh, Nagpur 440002, Maharashtra, India ("AEOTrack", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. Questions regarding these Terms should be directed to support@aeotrack.io.

This document is an electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature to be legally binding.

1. Definitions

• User / You: Any individual or legal entity that accesses, browses, registers, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• Account: The registered profile created by a User to access the Service, whether on a Trial or under a Subscription.
• Service / Platform: The AEOTrack SaaS application, APIs, dashboards, reports, and all associated features available at aeotrack.io.
• Subscription: A recurring paid plan, billed monthly or annually, granting access to the features and usage limits of the plan selected, together with any Add-ons attached to it.
• Trial: The 7-day evaluation period granted to a new Account without a payment method. It begins when the first website is added to the Account, as set out in section 9; when it ends, the Account becomes read-only unless a Subscription is purchased. There is no free plan.
• Add-on: An optional recurring item (such as an additional website, prompts, re-checks, a team seat or an engine) added to a Subscription at the price shown on our pricing page.
• Re-check: An on-demand check of a tracked question or topic across the AI engines, counted against the monthly allowance of the applicable plan.
• Referral Credit: A discount earned under our referral program and applied to a subsequent invoice of the Account that earned it.
• Content: Any URLs, text, configurations, or other data submitted by Users for analysis by the Service.
• Writing: Includes email and any comparable durable electronic communications.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Individual Users

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law to register for and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. AEOTrack reserves the right to terminate any account if it is discovered that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements.

Business Entities

If you register on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" refer to that entity.

Registration Requirements

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. AEOTrack reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any registration at its sole discretion. Account rights are personal and non-transferable.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
• Restrict access to your account to authorized personnel only.
• Notify us immediately at privacy@aeotrack.io if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.
• Keep your registered email address and contact details accurate and current.

AEOTrack reserves the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or remove content at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe a security risk exists or these Terms have been violated.

4. Account Deletion & Cancellation

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@aeotrack.io or using the account deletion option in your settings. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

To cancel a paid subscription, contact support@aeotrack.io or use the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Section 9 sets out refunds, including the 30-day money-back guarantee on your first monthly payment.

5. Description of Service

AEOTrack is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses and individuals to measure, track, and improve their visibility across AI-powered answer engines. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• AI visibility tracking across answer engines including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok
• Content analysis and AEO/GEO optimization recommendations
• FAQ generation powered by AI
• Citation tracking and brand mention monitoring
• SERP monitoring and competitor intelligence
• Question research and topic exploration
• AI bot detection and traffic analytics
• Scheduled tracking and automated reports delivered by email
• Site crawl and page-level content readiness scoring

AEOTrack acts solely as a technology platform and facilitator. We are not a party to any transactions or agreements you may enter into on the basis of insights generated by the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.

6. License for Platform Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AEOTrack grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your own internal business or personal purposes. You must not:

• Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
• Use automated means including bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools to access the Service beyond its intended API usage.
• Use meta tags, hidden text, or other techniques incorporating our trademarks or brand names without permission.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying technology.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Assist or enable any third party to carry out any of the above prohibited activities.

Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the license granted above without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to AEOTrack.

7. Acceptable Use & Restricted Activities

You agree that your use of the Service will not involve activities that are, or may be:

• False, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• In violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any person or entity.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, or any other harmful or malicious code.
• An attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or connected systems.
• Submission of URLs or content you do not have the right to analyze or process.
• Creating excessive load on the Platform's infrastructure beyond normal usage patterns.

AEOTrack reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or permanently terminating accounts, and reporting conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. User Content & Information

You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Service, such as website URLs and configurations. By submitting Content, you grant AEOTrack a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store that Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. AEOTrack does not pre-screen user-submitted Content and cannot control the information you provide. If you believe any Content on the platform is offensive, inaccurate, or unlawful, please report it to support@aeotrack.io.

9. Fees, Billing & Refunds

• Trial: New Accounts receive a 7-day Trial with no payment method required. The Trial begins when the first website is added to the Account, not when the Account is created, and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on the seventh day after the day that website is added. If your Account was created before this rule took effect, your Trial ends on the date shown on the Billing page of the app. When the Trial ends without a Subscription, the Account becomes read-only: data already generated remains visible, but no new checks run and no new websites, questions or topics can be added. There is no free plan.
• Paid Plans: Billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Annual plans are billed in advance for a twelve-month term. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at each billing cycle, including for Add-ons and metered usage.
• Add-ons: Add-ons are recurring monthly items on your Subscription at the prices shown on our pricing page. An Add-on added during a billing period is prorated for the remainder of that period, and may be removed with effect from the next renewal.
• Metered Re-checks: Each plan includes a monthly allowance of on-demand Re-checks, increased by any Re-check Add-on on your Subscription and measured over a rolling 30-day period. Scheduled checks do not count against the allowance. Once the allowance has been used: (a) on a Subscription billed monthly, further Re-checks remain available and are billed at US$0.50 per Re-check as metered usage, charged at the end of the billing period in which they were used; (b) on a Subscription billed annually, including Enterprise, up to 10 further Re-checks in the same period are included at no additional charge and no Re-check is billed as metered usage, and once those have been used no further on-demand Re-checks are available until part of the allowance becomes available again, unless you upgrade your plan or arrange additional Re-checks with us in Writing; and (c) Trial Accounts, and any other Account that is not billed for a Subscription, are limited to their allowance and are not billed for Re-checks. If your paid Subscription began before October 3, 2026, the Metered Re-check terms that applied when you subscribed continue to apply to that Subscription for as long as it stays active on the same plan.
• Referral Credits: Referral Credits are applied as a discount to a subsequent invoice of the Account that earned them, in accordance with the program terms published at aeotrack.io/referral. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: the Subscription stays active until then and is not charged again. Except under the 30-day money-back guarantee and for charges made in error (both below), payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded in part.
• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: The first payment you make for a Subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee if that Subscription is billed monthly. Subscriptions billed annually are not covered. If your first Subscription payment is for a Subscription billed annually, no later payment is covered. If you ask for a refund in Writing to support@aeotrack.io within 30 days of that payment, for any reason, we refund that payment in full to the original payment method within 5 business days of your request and cancel the Subscription. The guarantee applies once per customer and to that first Subscription payment only: not to later renewals, to Add-ons or metered Re-checks charged after it, or to an Account we close for a breach of these Terms. If your Account was created before 24 October 2026, the guarantee as it stood then applies: it covers your first Subscription payment, billed monthly or annually.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Other Refunds: A charge made in error, such as a duplicate charge or a renewal charged after you cancelled, is refunded in full. Any other refund request is considered on its facts; write to support@aeotrack.io.
• Taxes: Prices are in US dollars and exclude Indian GST. For a customer in India, GST at 18% is added to each payment (CGST and SGST where the place of supply is Maharashtra, IGST elsewhere in India), worked out from the billing details you give before paying; the place of supply is the state of your GSTIN when you give one. Customers outside India are not charged GST (export of services). We issue a GST tax invoice for every payment. You are responsible for any other taxes that apply to you. Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AEOTrack and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights. AEOTrack reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement.

AEOTrack does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that any defects will be corrected; or that the results generated by the Service — including AEO scores, visibility data, GEO scores, and optimization recommendations — will be accurate, complete, or reliable. AI-generated insights are provided as informational recommendations only and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes. You access and rely on the Service entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AEOTrack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or anticipated savings
• Loss of goodwill or reputational damage
• Cost of procurement of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Wasted expenditure of any kind

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AEOTrack in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if AEOTrack has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, Platform, and all original content, features, functionality, branding, trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by AEOTrack and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent. You agree to indemnify AEOTrack against any claims arising from your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights in connection with your use of the Service.

Analysis results generated by the Service incorporate our proprietary algorithms, methodologies, and AI models. These results may not be resold or redistributed without our written consent.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service integrates with and may link to third-party services including Stripe, OpenAI, Google (Gemini, sign-in, Search Console and Analytics APIs), Anthropic Claude, Perplexity, xAI Grok, SerpApi, Vercel, Brevo, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and others. AEOTrack makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party services and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of them. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. AEOTrack does not endorse any third-party website or service linked through the Platform.

15. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

AEOTrack shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, labour disputes, power failures, internet outages, or government actions. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal service as soon as practicable.

16. Modifications to Terms & Service

AEOTrack reserves the right to modify these Terms, the Platform, or any features of the Service at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Service and close your account.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
• Any outstanding payment obligations remain due and payable.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.

Breaches of these Terms may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone would be inadequate. AEOTrack reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in addition to any other rights available.

18. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by AEOTrack in enforcing any right or provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of AEOTrack.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AEOTrack with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. All provisions regarding warranties, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination of the agreement.

20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
