Add-ons are flat monthly amounts added to your subscription: an extra website is $15/mo, 10 more questions are $10/mo, 25 more re-checks are $5/mo and an extra seat on Agency is $15/mo. They prorate for the current period like an upgrade and can be removed at any renewal. If you use more on-demand re-checks than your pool plus any packs: Monthly plans: $0.50 per extra re-check, billed at the end of the period, no hard wall. Yes, at any time from the billing page. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period — that is the only time proration applies. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep everything you have paid for until then. You can cancel whenever you like: your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first monthly payment, and other payments for a billing period already started are not refunded in part.

Yes, a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first monthly payment: if AEOTrack is not worth it to you, write to support@aeotrack.io within 30 days of that payment and we refund it in full, for any reason.
